Tried their all-day breakfast . Quick service and a generous portion. The staff were friendly and polite - It was that good we went back the following day for more!
Excellent Coeliac Options. Staff was so nice and accommodating. #coeliac #celiac #glutenfree
Found this cafe looking for somewhere dog friendly and enjoyed it greatly. Very quick service, quiet enough, decent food at a reasonable price. We wanted a simple easy lunch stop and that’s what we got. Dog was very happy we bought her a sausage.
Lovely cafe with really good service. We were served very quickly and staff were lovely. One of us is Coeliac so we needed gluten free options. The GF cottage pie was lovely and there were a number of GF desserts available. We had the GF lemon meringue which was very nice. Will definitely be back.
I've been coming into this café/restaurant for over 25 years whenever staying in or near Swanage. It is still owned and run by the same person. The place is spotlessly clean and the atmosphere is calm and relaxed. There is a big selection of drinks, hot food, breakfasts, jacket potatoes, toasties, sandwiches, cakes, puddings and sweets. The staff are very polite and friendly and I always feel valued as a customer whenever I visit. It is one of my must go to places when I'm here. It is dog-friendly and open every day until about 3pm. I recommend it.
Coffee was quite good (but not worth £4), but the sausage sandwich was awful, probably the worst I've ever eaten. It arrived not long after ordering - the sausages were cheap catering ones, obviously pre-cooked and as hard as cardboard. I didn't send it back as didn't believe anything would change. For £6.50 I expect a decent quality sausage, cooked to order, or at least not hard and crusty. Won't be back.
My husband had the large breakfast which he thoroughly enjoyed. I had a cheese and ham toastie with chips. It was delicious. Very generous portions served very quickly by efficient staff. Would definitely return
